Below is our 3-step process to be added to our waitlist

We connect with owners via email, phone or social media and gauge an idea if things will fit (such as location, travel ect). We consider factors such as distances the kitten must travel and special requirements or requests.

We setup a Google Meets call (usually on a weekend) to meet each other face to face. We can then show you our cattery and answer any further questions. This also lets us assess your living situation as being appropriate.

Once we have met, and if both parties are happy, a deposit is paid, adding you to our waitlist. This also gives exclusive access to our members only area.

Terapiya Cattery formed from two major passions: a love of the Russian Blue’s, soft and amazing temperament, coupled with their innate capacity to both connect and provide supportive relief from psychological distress. We breed our cats from solid blood lines with loving and affectionate temperaments.
We bring together our background in behavioural science, therapy and supporting others, whilst ensuring the Russian Blue breed continues to have solid genetic diversity and health.
Whether you're a new or experienced pet owner, Russian Blues are an amazing fit for most families. They are both an athletic and intelligent breed, can be easily trained to do tricks and tend to stick to their ‘human’ that they bond with.
Our cattery has access to a Social Worker to support the homing process with the families we work with and work out difficulties along the way. We can also provide support around both training and the emotional aid side of animal therapies.
We assess every kitten and potential home to ensure temperaments and personality between owner and pet feel like a comfortable fit for one another. We also aim to provide ongoing aftercare support and advice once your new Russian is home. Below outlines our 3-step homing process.
